just saw the great challenge. very challenging dough. need to be in different armor sets in beating diff bosses? and i dont know the lore sorry

As it was meant to be. yes you do neeed to use different armours. And dont worry about no knowing the lore. You'll figure somethingout to get your title.

must start the challenge soon. for proof, i will just have a pic of the bonfires of the bosses or its souls? i saw some of the lores. is it the story of your character?

Yeah character backstory works. You can also write a short part of the war lore showing why the title fits your character.
For pics just take one before the fog gate with your soul count then one at the bonfire with your new soul count.

The Pure Initiative
So as some of you may know, Shkar and sun especially, there is a new DM based covenant. Now we're a little outnumbered here atm so I would like to make an allaiance with them. So in order to reduce the amount of conflict we could have I'm asking all of you to do your best to cleanse your sins with Oswald to prevent you being invaded by a DM. However you only have to do this on your Knight character, the one you will use for events, not all your characters.

Of course, Andarta has no sin whats a DM dough? He doesn't know (poetic rhymes, brilliant)

Wait so if I do the challenge I have to come up with a load of lore for my guy? Do I also have to do the challenge all with the one guy? Since he only has 11 STR think it would be difficult to do the havel knight part

You have to do the challenge with the same toon (thats the challenge) but it doesnt have to be your knightly toon, it can be any you have. You dont have to come up with lore but its always appreciated. I knwo i got that extra post for a reason lol.

You dont have to write lore abou tthe challenge. In fact that doest even work sinc eyou cant really kill Seath lore wise. More about your character before he joined the knights, or what he did in the last war.

I have to go into detail? Well I already wrote something about before but I can go into detail about before and his rise in the covenant itself and actions in the war?

I'll have a think.. I'm guessing you need to do the challenge before writing this lore stuff right?

1. You dont have to write the lore, its not part of the challenge.
2. No you dont. You can write lore whenever.

I wanna write the lore, and I'll get thinking now... I think I'm gonna write about the founding of the crystal seekers, that alright? don't wanna mess up the covenants lore so want your permission to do so

Getting a title doesnt require writing lore, thats just an example of what ou can do. MMainly cause I couldnt think of anything else. Stuff like Mildredsstory in the feasting hall and Isaac's tales about in game stuff are good too.
The founding of the seekers is fine. Just start from where Letos returns with the crystal ember since Viral already wrote that. Just start with "It all began the day Letos brought back the ember", from there go however you want.
