Hollows in New Londo

I have been playing Souls for about 2 months now, put in 1000+ hours in, and am in NG+7, and it's amazing the things I am still finding for the first time. 2 of them were in New Londo alone just yesturday. First, I had no idea the undead hollows skattered in the beginning area attack! I accidently rolled into one, and got a nice surprise. Also, had a Darkwraith drop a Dark hand. It just blows my mind how much many hours of life you can put in this game, and still find new things.

P.S. - Is there not TWO bookshelves in the archives with chests on them? I know the one by the entrance has the Avalyn, but what about the one one the other side, by the bonfire on the balcony?

There's only 1 chest I think. Have you tried PvP?

I mostly play single player, as with most games. This game does have one of the most interesting concepts for PVP i've seen, I do give it a try now and then. I think by now though , i've pretty much seen everything the single player game has to offer (until the DLC at least), I may not have a choice but try getting into PvP a little more...

lol No, it was a typo. It sure has felt like 1000 though. And I could swear there was a chest on that other bookshelf. My mind had played tricks on me before, though. Like those who thought one of the pots in the Kiln was lit.

Can't imagine how you played a thousand hours without PvP. I mean, I love the game, but jesus christ. Props, man. Haha.

I'm taking my second extended break from dark souls and I've only played about 250 hours lol

People claim to have 2500 since the release, I did the math in another thread, can't remember but it was a far fetched number per day.

I'm up to 400 hours with maybe only 10 of those being PvP. Co-op for days Also I love just randomly exploring or doing challenge runs

I've been playing this game non-stop for the past 9 months and have calculated that I've put in a little over 1800 hours

Yeah well there are only 730 hours in a month... if he has put 1000 hours in in 2 months I am scared :shock:

I've put 12000 hours in and I bought the game on Monday! This is gaming equivalent to crack! =P

On topic, I totally understand what you're saying, I'll find things daily and I've made no less than twenty builds! =D
