Re: Nightwatch
you guys as far as nightwatch members goes are free to do what you want as far as goin after this guy but im not making this an official thing, i like the league of legends thing but honestly we are really good players and really good players dont show off like assholes so on that note it isnt an official thing, and as said we are not a guild so members of nightwatch can easily also be members in w.e other groups exist as our main goal is killing griefers (i guess when on duty) and helping noobs (when on our sl:10-20s)

Oh wow. Nightwatch is exactly like the old Airglow covenant. I'm glad someone remade it.

Re: Nightwatch
Hello, Nightwatch!
I've got myself a PS3, with an SL116 main, and an SL20 alt for the lower levels, without the bottomless box glitch. Hope I can join, but until I get a reply, happy hunting to you guys. My PSN ID is the same as my forum ID, if anyone wants it.

Re: Nightwatch
Seriously though, just PM the covenant leader (the OP) and he'll tell you what you need to do.
Or just wait for him to respond in this thread.

Re: Nightwatch
I haz a question...
What do you consider "normal play"? I'm thinking of joining/working on my low-build, but are members to go all out to destroy, say, a Spirit of Vengeance, which is technically an invader, but only if the host has sinned or if the invading player is a member of certain in-game covenants, like Forest Hunter and Darkmoon Blades? The reason I ask is because in a normal playthrough, the host, in human form would be invaded by anyone wearing Alvina's ring if they are in FH cov., once they step foot into the forest. This is a normal part of play, and might not be an intentional invade. For some items, like Souvenir of Reprisal, it is about the only feasible way to farm them, so someone trying to get their trophy might not be trying to grief another person. So what I'm asking is, if a blue invader shows up, do I try to kill him with my +5 Lightning Bandit Knife (damage outupt 280)? Or my +5 Lightning Shotel, (damage output 410)?
Here's my build: http://mugenmonkey.com/darksouls/?c=216793261505384583
Some alternates would be trade out WotG for Heal, in case you want to save Humanity and/or have another heal option for PVE. LS could be any of the spear miracles, really. Hornet's Ring you could trade out for Wolf or Steel Protection. It all depends on your play style and strategy, but what I like best about this is the fairly good for the SL armor, decent damage output whether PVE or PVP, and, you still have Fast Roll. In a fast-paced fight, speed matters above all. I can slay you with a thousand cuts, but you'll never touch me. To hell with tanks! Well, just my 2 cents.

Re: Nightwatch
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this covenant is dead. Unfortunate, too, as it was a pretty cool cov.Griefslayer wrote:I haz a question...

Re: Nightwatch
Unequip all of your armor, and engage it in melee. It will almost always do it's super slow bum-slam. When it flies up, just back away a little, so you dont get rocked. Then just keep hacking away at it. Doesn't matter if you arent a melee build, it will still work.
