Xbox 360 Dark Souls Backup-savegame

I finally made a backup of my Dark Souls savegame by moving it from my HDD to a USB-stick.

Then I plugged the USB device in my laptop & copied the whole Xbox 360 folder to my Dashboard, plugged the USB back in my Xbox and put everything back in place , no problems occured at all.

I did this so I won't lose my characters and my rankings if my HDD or Xbox decides to die on me :pale:

--- And here comes the real question ---

I dont plan on playing from my cloud-save untill needed though .

Moving to the cloud will not affect your save file. The Dark Souls servers do not save your data, that is only stored on your xbox.

So I can have the exact same save file from my HDD on my cloud aswell , that's what you are saying right ?

I do know that if I won't acces the cloud after I moved the save file to it , that file remains unchanged from that moment on obviously.
