Gravelord Tour in the Depths was a success. At least in my lobby we had great PvP activity. I fought constantly with 10 different players from the participant list and GL chat list. I had 2 non-participant SoV and 1 DW invasions. These numbers tell us that participants are crucial in PvP rather than rely on other occasional players. I believed stream would promote other non-participants to join us more frequently, but unfortunately that was not the case. Maybe non-participants are seeking for level 125 more than other low levels PvP.
Let me give you a few data I gathered from saturday stream and you could take them into account for planning next tour events.
1. Stream started at 18:00 UTC (00:00:00).
2. First encounter happened with DW invasion at 00:29:33.
3. First successful connection with participant was via RSS, thanks to Fed at 00:52:14.
4. "Invisible player???" Invasion of non-participant player shinoki76, and 2 participants BT90001 and Fed, starting at 00:59:01.First, I fought with non-participant. Then I bowed with Fed at 01:01:35. BT90001 jumped on me at 01:01:59. Fed stepped out from 2v1 fight at 01:02:42. After fight Fed told me he didn't see a player. So, my question for BT90001 is, did you see Fed?
5. Here are some attack numbers I was able to land to other players with BSS. AR for R2 BSS + gold pine resin ranged from 72 ( Mr_Beck) to 164 (Yukon/SgtPigeon; but he was fighting without a chest). Average AR was around 100 for R2 BSS with resin. Backstab AR was 162-231. I believe +5 weapons were good choice for GL event.
6. AR for great combustion was much higher, that's why players were using pyromancy a lot. AR ranged from 141 (Mr_Beck) to 256 (King_Friday_XIII). Great fireball did even more damage. In combination with Crown of Dusk and BD ring player easly did AR around 500 or more. I remember I was hit once with GL and cost me half of life.
7. Most of the players from participant and GL chat list were SL 30. But not all.
8. Most of the players from participant and GL chat list obey written rules. But not all.
9. I've captured some very nice fights on big screen at 03:27:05-03:32:30, 03:38:15-03:40:48, 03:46:33-03:50:25 and 04:02:25-04:06:56.
10. Fun time with the "glitcher" at 03:46:33 and 04:02:27. Thanks TehInfamousAmos.
11. End of the stream 04:13:21.
12. Event then continued at least for 2 more hours.
I thank for fine duels to my lobby group: federally, Mr_Beckam87, SgtPigeon/Yukon, TehInfamousAmos, King_Friday_XIII, Gagis_God, BT90001, XxSilver_LeonxX and wisher. I hope haven't missed someone.
