Well after a HUGE break it seems that I am back. Took a break from Souls and went to league and other games. But I am back and ready to help out with whatever I missed out on!!

Well, Spectre is currently in the Army. So, I'm in charge, but I'm not active. SO, things are a bit slow right now haha! Right now, people who are active are just reporting to me, if anything happens.

Hey. I just got an email that someone posted on this thread, and I responded :3. I'm alive. And I'm still constantly playing Dark Souls on PC.

Also, don't tell anyone this... but Spectre told me he has high hopes, and huge ideas for this covenant for DSII. He's really looking forward to it.

He isn't giving up hope on this covenant haha!

Sounds like Servant is coming back! There's a muscle thingy that he has, so they discharged him. Or something. You'll have to ask him.

Izalith seemed to be very upset I left...

I feel like we're the only 2 people in the covenant haha!

Well if we are, then looks like I need to rebuild this covenant from its ashes.

It's weird, because all (or most) the old covenants are gone.

Alright, so, here is what I have decided to do. We need a new name for the Followers. Something more universal, so we can expand into other games and just overall become a bigger covenant.

I'll write up a few tonight and see what everyone thinks, but I'd also like suggestions. After the names are made, we vote, and the winner will be the name of the new thread I will be starting. The website will be revamped based on the name as well, and overall, we will aim to become bigger and better than before. Aaaaaaand go.

The Followers of the Flame. I like Followers. So, followers of something.

The Followers of Suffering
The Followers of Izalith (why the heck can't we use this as a guild name in other games!?)
The Followers of Fire

I agree with Joe, I like followers. I mean we could technically could still use Followers of Izalith, but the main reason I want to change that is because Izalith is Dark Souls lore and it wouldn't make sense in other games. Then again, I could write it off as something for our covenant, like stating that its a tribute to keeping difficulty in our games, and playing with higher skill caps in order to become the better players and show others how to be better players.

Kind of like a leader covenant in a way. Either way, I do like the followers of suffering. I've been busy with doctors and life that I haven't had time to write up names yet, but I'll work on it.

Alright, after throwing it around a lot on some games I play, people seem to utterly love the name of "Followers of Suffering".

So, after some rewrites and a website rework, I'll have things changed a bit to open us up to more games, but first of all

What do you guys think of this name? I think it describes us really well, and could be a good spirit of our covenant to add difficulty into the games we play in order to be the more advanced players.

I like it. I'm tired. I still have homework to do. I'll talk to you more later and stuff.

For realz! I haven't gotten around to downloading it again. I should have time to play it once Spring Break comes around, though. So I should get on that.

Not yet lol, I'm not even lvl 20 yet, but I've also been busy with the doctors and whatnot. Plus I got into this game called Warframe, so thats eaten a lot of my time.

Alright, so I cannot do any site changes without paying, and I don't have a job so that wont happen. However, we are gonna undergo some huge changes. Our three themes will be fire, Suffering, and Skill.

I figure the general idea of our covenant/clan/guild is that we choose too add difficulty to our games in order to become more skilled and better overall players. We suffer in order to become better.

None of the lore from the covenant is going to be destroyed, it will all be in the Dark Souls sect once I find a new way to set up a website. So far, Followers of Suffering has a good rep, people like the challenge. I've recently started it up in Warframe, and hope to make it bigger over time.

So, once everything is set up, I will request this thread closed, and I will start the official Followers of Suffering covenent/clan/guild, and we will be able to expand further.

I have big plans for everything, but its a slow process.
