If you have an INT build enchanted is better. If you're not an INT build should be going near enchanted/magic weapons in my opinion.
Magic has greater base damage than enchanted weapons, but less scaling.
and scaling is rating of how much extra damage you get from Stat scaling, they are general guides as to how good the scaling is, but not exact. B on one weapon could be far worse than B on another.
