Armor of Thorns confirmation?

at 10:35 he says the armor also increase fist damage but i checked around in a few places but so far he's the only one that states this. Can any someone else confirm this?

If it's ENB, it's probably true.

It just adds damage to the roll/flip. If I'm not mistaken each piece adds a separate damage value so you get the most damage from wearing the full armor set! =D

Edit: I stand corrected. I didn't know about that roll glitch either! Woah...ENB mentioned fist weapons, does it work for empty fists too?

i can in fact confirm it does! i saw this thread and tested it out on the forest hunter mage npc it did a 20 damage increase! not much but, you never know when that could mean a kill.

Can you test if it's just the gauntlets or is it any piece?

while i didn't get too in depth, i did test if havels gauntlets increased the damage. it went back to the damage it was originally doing. ill do some more in depth testing tommorow when i can gather the necessary materials to test if a) other pieces in the head, chest, leg, and ring slots might also increase the damage. and b) to see if it scales at all.

I have noticed that both kicks and bare hand attacks seem to get a very "slight" dmg increase. Its pretty much pointless, kinda like how the orange charred ring adds fire dmg to your kicks.

He's on Mode7.ch and Insane Difficulty.

The gauntlets add fist damage, the legs add kick damage, body and helm add roll damage.

It does... Specifically the Gauntlets do.
