    Make yourself blue at the character creation screen, obviously happy Use poison arrows, and resins when you have to melee.

    Well I've been playing it fine with 45 poise. It's bow-centric, so you shouldn't be getting hit by Greatswords anyway, and 45 is enough for anything below happy

    Edit: I'm also doing this in the burg just now at level 10 (same gear, minus the pike), and having much success against the griefers silly Cept for 1 hacker (1500 hp +, full giants, ninja flipping, using zwei and casting karmic justice, all at level 13ish or below....lol!
