I don't have any characters in that range, but I can give you some advice 
Only three things are needed to kill the Blue Dragon, and it's actually a fairly simple process. The things you'll need are:
1. Bow and arrows
2. Lots and lots of patience
3. A pit in your heart so that you no longer care if Biorr lives or dies
As long as you have those all you need to do is take the next hour and cheese it with arrows
Stay just out of range of it's fire breath and shoot arrows each time it rears it's head towards you to spit fire. Once it flies off to the castle wall, position yourself under the dragon and shoot at it from there. As long as you can see the dragon's head above you while locked on he shouldn't be able to hit you.

Hyper mode, white bow/sticky comp (w/e level) and as many arrows as you can carry. Pack some magic and spice just in case it isn't enough. I'd also recommend doing so offline>.<

I say if you have biorr, let him take the hits and run past. You don't need to kill him and I don't think he's worth the effort personally.

It's easier to hit him once Biorr dies.
But just run past it unless you need the trophy; it's not worth it to let your bro die like that.
