SL 99 Arena PSN

I really wanted to make a build using the Cursed GSoA, but 99 is just too punishing for having 2 useless 18s. Here's a ramped up version of my current 55 I'll be using, what do you think?

I wish there was a darker coloured buff you could get, the build looks really evil but SLB doesnt really fit lol.

Well I wanna see how much HR does when DLC comes out. But right now I don't like OHKO backstabs for a duel.

I think it should be allowed.
In the beginning, the arena was supposed to be a all out fight. Not with a lot of rules like the FC. You already restricted roll BS, i think that's enough.

Lag can be a b!tch sometimes. Either way, there's no need to OHKO me if it's a friendly duel.

And buffs are still allowed? I'd rather fight a BS fishing HR user than someone who has a buffed WP. Or someone who Uses a buffed pike.
Those are even harder to fight against IMO.

This is supposed to be a friendly duel. And because of that i think it should be allowed. If i want to use then maybe you don't want to fight me. And what if i use and only parry?

For buffs you have two options: wait for the buff to run out (roll away always) or buff yourself. I'm following the "buff if he buffs" code, usually with Jovi. In the meantime I just use an enchanted or occult weapon (if my str/dex is low). HR is permanent and its just OP. I use it to kill gankers not for ending a duel.

If someone buffs, then it's near impossible to not get hit for one minute. And their weapon will still be strong after the buff. It effectively gives them one minute where they can attack all they want and i can't trade blows. And if they're smart, then you wont be able to parry them either. And you will get hit due to lag.
You're saying this like if you think Everyone will use HR, but that wont happen. Very few people will use it. And if someone uses it then you just have to adapt. You can't just ban everything that seems OP. The DWGR is even more OP in my opinion, should it be banned?
If you use PW then you can do even more damage. with that reasoning it should be forbid as well. PW drains your life, that's it's drawback. HR takes up a slot, so it has a drawback as well.

I will almost never use it. Unless i'm cosplaying as Ciaran, or some other assassin.

I wasn't being sarcastic a little fliippant maybe (excuse the pun), but I do see how it could be taken as sarcasm. I don't have a problem with not using the HR or facing someone using it. Saying that I do think restrictions can be counter productive tho.
