Though considering they have different sim card types you can't do it that way, which is the usual method I would have thought..

What does the Iphone 4 s back up contacts to? Can it read google contacts? You probably need to sync with a third party application that both can read. Not much help, but if you have not yet thought of that...

Lol , i do have + 3000 contactsthat im not willing to manually transfer even one contact of it

Also, you can probably go to a local store for your cell service provider and ask if they can transfer them. Most have a computer that can do it fairly quickly.

Did they say they would charge you? Many will do it for free, especially if you just signed up with them. They should do it for free as part of making your customer experience better. You should tell them that.
