Best move set for PvP

I'm planning to do a PvP build with these stats:

SL 120 Cleric

Vit: 53
Att: 16
End: 25
Str: 14
Dex: 45
Res: 11
Int: 08
Fai: 30

the scythe have a slightly better AR, but i'm more concerned with moveset

I;ve seen far more good said aboutthe great scythe than th normal one, especialy its dead angling ability.

Well since this is opinion based, I'd say I prefer the Scythe, but many players swear by the Great Scythe. I dislike the R1 for the Scythe, and I find that's the move I use most. The R2 is overall better for the Great Scythe, because it hits faster and moves forward (so you can attack them with it, unlike the Scythe, where they have to be attacking you). I hear the jump attack, the run attack, and the roll attack for the Great Scythe are the bomb, but I don't rely on those moves when I have no poise and defense its kinda dangerous to attack someone when it won't stun them, and will probably kill me if they hit. I prefer the Scythe, but I'm still voting the Great Scythe, because I know the moveset for it is considered PvP good.

I'm going with 55 poise and fast roll for this build

90% of the time I can just roll straight through
the Great Scythe attacks, for a counter.
I think maybe the regular Scythe is actually
better, though I don't recall any encounters with
it to be able to say.

Great Scythe is one of the best dead anglers in the game, and IMO is one of the better buff recipiants (excuse my presumption 30 faith speaks "buff" to me)
