Countering Roll Backstab

I don't know if you all know this, but I found a way to counter a roll backstab (Which is that someone rolls in-front of you to get behind you for a backstab). I'm sure there are other ways, but the one I found is that if you strafe slightly to the side and forward, your opponent will end their roll with their backs to you, which will let you perform a counter backstab.

However, is you're to slow and your opponent sly, they can perform a back rolling attack to cancel BS it, but this is also a nice way to perform a counter parry.

So...do I get a "slowpoke.jpg"?

I've done this a few times by accident. It's really tough to pull off...

The thing is, roll bs almost always happens in the middle of an attack. No way you can counter that ****, unless you R1 spam a katana or spear to their face.

Pretty much I keep my distance with a spear, which leaves my opponents wanting to roll BS me, since they lose a lot of options.

Players who are hungry for the roll BS will often try to roll behind you in anticipation of an attack, which makes pivoting for the counter BS simple enough when you just stand there instead of attack.
