Yes.....the HP and AR on all NPC's goes up in NG+ and beyond.

It's fun to try and stay at a low level while completing the game 2-3 times and then, when someone invades you, cast undead report on the big-*** knight in the undead parish and watch him smash the invader into the groundlordgodofhell wrote:

I am going to get to ng+++ on a level 40 and torture Darkwraiths fom 30 to 50. I have been indicted alot so those level 75 Darkmoons will be enjoying the torture as well. Tarkus should be about 64% stronger!

That is fine with me. The average invaders AI is pretty crappy as well
He should have like 2000 Hp and incredible defense and a one shot AR at my soul level in Sens. I will post the experiences when I get the toon there.

I trolled some invaders with NG+++++ Tarkus a long time ago. He did pack quite a punch. He killed a few invaders who underestimated him. But eventually his AI got him killed.

He saved my life once, I was invaded and the guy hit me with a Avacyn (damn crappy xbox controller doesn't block or attack very well, the bumpers anyway), and knocked me, barely avoiding the full fall, into the grate area. He was about to close in on me, when Tarkus ran up and just owned him, it was so damn funny.

I've done this twice. The first time I was at the fog door in my menu and figured I could finish what I was doing before the invader showed up. He hit me though, and just as I came out of my menu, "WHOMP!" Tarkus 1-shot him.
The other time I did it on purpose. Wanted to see how he'd do against an invader. It took a lot of running away on my part to make the invader finally face off with Tarkus, but he finally did. He hit Tarkus clean 2 or 3 times and it barely registered on his health, then Tarkus killed him. Tarkus' weak attack did about 850 damage (I think it was actually 858).
I messaged him that I just wanted to see how much damage Tarkus did against a real player. He responded back, "A F-ING LOT!"

I've seen video of guys pwning fools in Parish with NG+++ Solaire and Lautrec. Was hilarious as the NPCs get ridiculously strong

NG++++++ Lautrec with RTSR activated is one of the most powerful things I've seen. He just 1HKOs invaders with normal R1 attacks. It's hilarious.
