No problem it's what we are here for 
- Firstly you will need the large ember.
- The go to the Andrei the blacksmith. (Blacksmith before entrance to the forest, coming from the church)
- Go to 'Modify Weapon' to ascend the weapon to +6, rather than Upgrading the weapon.
As long as your weapon is +5 it will show up there, it will require a large titanite shard to upgrade.
- Firstly you will need the large ember.

- Go to 'Modify Weapon' to ascend the weapon to +6, rather than Upgrading the weapon.
As long as your weapon is +5 it will show up there, it will require a large titanite shard to upgrade.

To clarify, select "Modify Weapon" to ascend. Then go back to "Reinforce Weapon" to continue the upgrades.

Yeah didn't play in ages because of Uni. Then, gets 2 week holiday.
