I saw the vid comparing low and high dex - his must've been 145 to be that quick!! Ah well lesson learned

Dex doesn't change your casting speed after 45.

Some spells and miracles only get a speed boost after 40 Dex (ie. CSS). But maybe he was hacking, cause if you have a DGM, + 45 Dex + 30 Faith it's almost impossible to be at SL <120 without sacrificing Vit/End. Or as I said SL +200 (I've invaded guys who are SL 700 while I'm SL 120). Maybe Gravelords are the same.
