I don't know if there are servers for Xbox, but PC is P2P and I doubt they would combine both games.
Plus say said, that the game has new systems integrated into the game on PC that aren't on console versions. Like the one where you get a DC if your FPS falls under 30.

Honestly, in one of my vids, I was discussing the difference of lag when comparing Ps3 when several people made the comment, "PC has the same lag as Xbox because they share the same servers and will continue to once the DLC is relased." Obviously this was just a random comment that had no source. I probably shouldn't have repeated this information since I did not verify this information my self. So, to answer your question, I'm not sure. I got the information from a comment made on my channel.

Dark Souls in Xbox is P2P just like in PS3 and the PC. There has never been a server in the same way there is for Demons Souls
