No broken pendant? (solved)

This should go to the FROM-guys, but I dont know how to reach them...

Ok I am pissed right now. Its one thing to "hide" the new content. Its another thing to make it impossible to access the dlc, which I bougth for 13 €!

I played the game again, took me 10 hours to reach dukes archive. now the f*ck*ng golem wont drop the broken pendant! thats just ridiculous. how often do i have to play the game? what do they want? i bought that content! now i would like to paly it! i want my money back!

1. Did you remember to rescue Dusk of Oolacile in the Darkroot Basin first?

2. The Golem sometimes won't drop the pendant, but it respawns. Try killing it a few more times to get it.

uh, thats a nice tipp...didnt know it will respawn...erm, but i went further into the archive, cause i was desperate...than i met seth ...than he not just killed me, but also cursed me...now in the jail-tower, cursed...

but thanks, now i have a reaseon to make it through

(yes, i did the hydra and golden golem, thing in darkroot basin)

well ok, i made my way out and killed thar golem 10 times now, without him dropping that pedant.

no one else has that problem? do i realy have to play the game again? i really think its "not optimal", what FROM did there.

1. hydra is killed

2. dusk of oolacile is saved.

3. what else?

Tried quitting, reloading and killing it again? I got it on my first try, so I don't really know what could be wrong here.

You dont have to summon dusk and talk to her after you save her?

For the DLC I dusted off a toon and went straight for the Dukes Archives. Kilt that new golem 5-6 times, no pendant. So I went to darkroot and guess I had forgot to kill the gold golem after the hydra with that toon. So I kilt it, saved dusk of oolacile, summoned her and then went back to DA. Golem dropped 1st kill.. Double check the DR GOLEM LOCATION.

after i saved dusk, i talked to her, even bought a spell and her ..magic stick (forgot the term)... than i went for the archives .... now, after endless unsuccessfull attempts of killing the golem, i even went back to dusk, she is fine, i taked to her again, went through all her lines and learnd her gesture .... tried it again: no luck.

i realy dont want to play it again with a new toon...not now .... but i want to see the new content...why FROM, why?! even if i would play it again, how can i know i do everything "right" in order to be peleasd with the broken pendant?

another thing: how "big" is that dlc on your consoles? mine is only 29 kb big ...isnt that quite small?

sorry, but i really try to find ot whats going on ...

29kb is way too small, and I'd suggest that something affected the download, resulting in you not getting it (at least not all of it).

The download was supposed tro be a 100kb activation.

yes it was a 100kb download, on my hdd its 29kb.

but i think thats the normal case, i read in diffrent forums now. still doesnt work ...but it seems, taht i am the only one with that issue so far.

ok you guys, thank you for your suggestions and all, but i found out whats wrong. its rather embarrassing but i gonna tell you anyway. i bought the game in CHINA and am now back in germany....yes, the psn-code seems to be different :oops:

well, i have to buy a european version i guess...WANT THAT CONTENT! i dont know how to "close" the topic, but its official SOLVED.
