Less poise or stamina regen would not kill me, however, 50% of the comunity would quit the game because of the Dark Wood Grain Ring.

id say some, not all. dont hate on the dwgr, i would just be naked to keep my weight under 25% since my machete is so freaking heavy, maybe the maiden skirt only.

Certain Equipment would need minor buffs to still be applicable, as particular items do rely on certain rings to be viable for use. Plenty of Great Swords would require havels ring in order to dual wield, and there is many weapons that place you above 25% weight even when naked.
I'd rather see the Hornet Ring removed and the DWGR be nerfed.
Also, without rings the 4kings would be impossible, and the forest covenant wouln't exist.

I'd wear lighter armour and roll with 50% equip weight..
though if this happened i'd envisage much wider use of pinwheel masks :|

me poise and crit attack and thats all i ever equip, i'm with ya on 50% would quit without wood grain i'm so tired of seeing giants ninja flipping around it doesn't fit @ all.
