Leo Buff build. Need feedback.

This is my second actual attempt at a Leo buff build. The first time i tried it, i had 25 INT and 45 VIT with the Fap ring just for CMW. But i ended not buffing as much as i wanted to. Buffing just wasn't my main form of damage, it simply supplemented my counters. So i felt that it wasn't really needed.

This time around, i lowered the INT just for GMW and VIT and used those remaining stats to up my STR frm 27 to 40. After i tried it, i tend to use Hidden Weapon and Chameleon a lot more than my GMW. Plus switching your weapon while in Chameleon throws people off
because its not a weapon they were expecting you to use. Also this build can use all thrusting weapons. 40 END is so that i can use the Pike while maintaining a secondary weapon and mid-roll.

I feel that this build is good enough but i'd like some feedback on how i could improve it. Thanks in advance.

Damn I wrote a nice explanation and browser crashed lol. Anyway, I think you're better off sacrificing a bit of AR for HP, quality scaling sucks anyway. I was having problems with the 54 poise at medium roll but I couldn't get it to 91 so had to leave it at 61. I would classify you as a light tank, you can tank some Dex weapons builds hits, but would have to block more often since a tracer/spear can stagger you in 3 hits. Use an SKS instead of the Pike, lower AR but more range.

Oh right, i forgot that i'm relying on counters for maximum damage so 40/40 isn't really worth it. This build i'm making happens to be on a separate game disc that hasn't been patched so i have access to the BB glitch but i don't have the DLC nor am i planning on getting it so i have to stick with HW instead of dark magics.

you can probably ditch some strength and put the bss on swap tho.

Already did. I'm going with Wyrm's suggestion but without dark magic and with a smaller shield like the buckler. I'm trying not to rely too much on shields.

idk about getting a smaller shield bud. you don't fast roll, and the whiffs on the halberd are pretty nasty. not to mention it drains your stamina quickly whipping that thing around.

might want to consider investing into a heater or one of the 3 unit shields at least.

I have considered the Heater Shield but perhaps once i play around with the build more, i'll know what i need. I'm going to have all 3 shields ready for swapping when i need them. Thanks for the help.
