What is SCGW?

Starter Class Guerilla Warfare is a game mode.
The matches will be the host and a white phantom against 2 red phantoms.
A 2v2 match with rules and a carefully designed and balanced cast of characters.
Players will pick one of the 10 starter classes.

Use the Embed option on YouTube, copy the link they set up for you and then paste that very link onto here.

Fixed it for you. It was the https. The "s" made it private (or something like that). I changed it to http and did the youtube code and it worked.

Our dream would be to branch this out on PS3 and PC too, but so far we have only done sessions with Xbox people. PS3 people have shown interest so that's bound to happen I think.

I still need to get started on my build, but I promise you that I will get involved with this soon.

If I find the time, I will definately participate in this. Seems like a fun idea, and most definately different from most game modes I see.

So how do you level? Are you allowed to level whatever stats you want so long as you don't exceed SL 50? And what of spells? Can the Sorcerer use all sorceries, can the Cleric use all miracles, and can the Pyromancer use all pyromancies. Not to mention classes like Thief and Wanderer who start out with Attunement slots. Are they allowed spell access?

Every class will stop leveling on SL 50.
Sorcerer, Pyromancer and Cleric are the only ones using their attunement slots for spells (all the spells are pre-decided for every class).
All builds are carefully balanced (and we are still testing some balancing while doing the sessions).

All the builds seem very balanced at the moment : ) in the end the key to victory in these sessions so far has been good teamwork, not the classes (as you see on the video I lured the hosting team to the bridge with my hunter and my partner turned the bridge around killing the host :'D) fun stuff!

All armor will be fully upgraded (+10) : )

This is nice to see, and I'm seeing it more and more. As people get dull of standard pvp, there is more branching out into fresh and creative approaches to multiplayer. The sky is the limit when it comes to imagination in this game.

Exactly! most of us have already seen everything there is to see in standard dueling/invading. We try to do something new and fresh for people to still get excited about Dark Souls until Dark Souls 2 comes out : )

If someone takes the reins on PS3, I will gladly participate. I just can't commit the time to organize myself, because of other projects.

We already got many PS3 player interested so it's gonna happen on PS3 : )
