I could use some Help with Four Kings in NG +

I'm really struggling against this boss. I was doing well throughout my playthrough, but I can't seem to beat this guy alone. I managed to summon someone to help, but I get invaded and we both die. In fact, everytime I'm human in New Londo I get invaded by a really strong invader.

Could someone help me beat Four Kings in NG +.?

My current Soul Level is 127.
