How is the 'lunch money' build going to work? Sounds like an interesting concept, and what with the name, I suppose it may be a good build for terrorising?

I keep reading that it's 1% for 100 seconds, but if that's true, and assuming the game rounds down, if you have an uneven number of life you'll survive somehow at the end. I've tested this with a build with an uneven number of health and died at the end of the buff. Can someone clarify this?

Well, it will still kill you. It will always do 100%, regardless of if it's an even number or not. From experience -and testing-, Power Within won't kill you if you have a digit other than 0 in the last position of your HP. Example: 937, 1101, 1934, 253, etc. Also, you must have full HP when you use it and receive no damage.

When you cast pw you lose hp equivalent to your max hp, but only the whole 100's is taken into account. So with 1500 hp it should drop by 15 each second, with 1480 hp it should drop by 14 each second. I'm not sure if it's exactly each second, but it's pretty close. The full duration of pw contains 101 hp drop units (or seconds), so the above examples would drain 1515 (dead), or 1414 (still alive). When you use the lingering ring the hp drops only happens each 1.5 seconds (duration extended to 150 seconds), and it's also changed to 99 hp drop units instead of 101. The examples above with lingering should drain 1485 and 1386 hp (you should survive no matter what your max hp are when using the lingering ring, as long as you cast it with full hp).
