I just unpatched Dark Souls, because we're about to take a journey through version 1.0
This will be a dangerous journey. There will be far less humanity, the flasks heal less, the monsters are assholes, the bosses unforgiving, the gear unnerfed. We have but one chance, and one opportunity to seize our entire journey.

Yeah they were really tight at the start when it came out, spent 20 mins figuring out how to beat skellies in the graveyard and got nothing. A good few enemies will give nothing.

Spear soldiers were proper ****** in the game too, no kick.

Haha, I just did the prepatch run, soulstarved indeed. I even did the triple curse, and went to new londo to cure it (the pain).

Don't forget to use Gold-Hemmed set, Lightning weapons, Strong Magic Shield, DWGR, Crystal Ring Shield and Iron Flesh.

Oh, and don't go through Izalith.
