Why is this exactly? Is it because its a semi-permanent state as a result of items? It makes being summoned a lot harder.

Basically what I am asking is why i don't look like a dragon when others view my summon sign.

only wepon and armor shows up in signs if you pay atention there is no ring effect on the sign even if they are using cloranthe ring.
