Actually it the Sunobi aren't a bad idea because of that bodyguard idea for the Spook.

The Spook from the East is the Host, shiva is actually guarding him obviously.

The Gear is from the East, which is what we need for samurai. That is why we use it not because of shiva.RANT wrote:I don't know, he just doesn't strike me as the coop'y kinda guy but that's just me.

I have a request, going to my leader, Serious_Much.
As a cleric of the Clergy, do i have the personal permission to utilize the Darkbane (true GSoA) instead of a blunt? I built this one especially for it.

I suggest turning your "angle" into a miracle user. Try the oracle class, it would suit you. It makes more sense for an angle to use miracles anyway.
Ah, well thank you for the lookover.
May your covenant bask in the glory of the sun .
When you see Angle, know she is friend and not foe.
Mmmmkay, nuff role play lol. She's at soul level 11 for sl 1-20 assistance, not to participate in the events. There is also a specific theme I'm going for. She will also glow yellow to mock the mule, hence the reason for the outfit, which actually drives the story lol.
You guys come up with a "misfit" class or something let me know.
Again, good luck. Peace out

You'll probably have to check with our leader.. Can I see your build? Dunno how you could get a viable GSoA build on something SL55 or 80...
Thing is we wanted to try and keep our factions as distinct and unique from eachother as possible, weapon crossovers interfere with that.
you've seen the clergy classes I'm sure.. Lemme show you my build versions:
SL80: http://mmdks.com/2dpx
SL55: http://mmdks.com/2fng
They both adhere to the guidelines while putting in things that will make me stand out- distinct use of Sunlight miracles, giant's hammer, holy robe with cleric armour combo. That's the kind of build we'd love to see (though cosplays deserve affection too)

This one, it's SL90
Cleric SL90 (steady)
It's just, the blunt's moveset is... lame

Re: The Sunlight Coalition
lol I'm fully aware the blunt weapons moveset is... lacking in places, but that's actually part of the reason I chose it- it's just a different way of playing and a challenge that I want to undertake- also I've never really done a cleric build based around heavily using miracles, so it should be fun
Anyways- I leave it up to you. But if you wanna use GSoA, I have to say that your class could just tweak it's armour a tad... (I played with stats too to get him down to SL80):
http://mmdks.com/2fni - hows that?
I feel that the cov giving up it's class based system by allowing loads of crossover at such an early stage would be detrimental to it's progress. I'd still urge you to join the knights section if you wish, as that toon could be pretty effective

The build is already grown up, so thinking about SL80 is pointless by now. The Holy Robes is for look and feel, so i wont back of the armour. No matter what would be more effective. Well, i will try to find a blunt then. It's reasonable not to allow cross classes. Would the Lucerne count as a blunt? Just thinking...

I didn't consider lucerne before, but it would suit the class of cleric I feel

Why two silver knight spears?
But that would work i guess.. though only for pve, since the roll speed is slow

Re: The Sunlight Coalition
Swap what? I have a Dragonslayer Bow in left hand, shield also, then Spear and Sword on the right. I just hit the control pad and I'm ready for mid range combat, I can also mid roll with everything on that build there.

Re: The Sunlight Coalition
I PvP on my Gough toon while fat rolling, I can PvP on my Medium roll too.
I commonly PvP while fat rolling, and against Randoms it doesn't present much of a problem.
Alright I'll start this bad boy up and use him for events I think.

Re: The Sunlight Coalition
My knight medium rolls, but he is still a badass, the avelyn makes up for just about all his flaws. He has a few basic miracles, Sunlight blade, Lightning spear, (The Anti-Magic miracle escapes me now... but it's havel's spell.).
The Silver Knight straight sword? That thing is a blessing, I love it's moveset and it has good reach for a straight sword, amazing damage.
My armour is light, and as strong as havel's, looks good too.
Here it is. http://mmdks.com/2fdd
NOTE: I made a few tweaks to it, and perfected it, making it the best it could be so giving me tips on it would be kind of pointless. The Armour and the Weapons/miracles is all you should look at, I made a few mistakes this was just the prototype.

If I join this user made covenant, can I use my high lvl toon, lvl 158, to help people on that lvl scale? Otherwise i might roll as a knight with faith.

We need a coat of arms, something that people will see and instantly recognize that it is ours. Something that isn't daytime-Anor Londo.
Any Ideas?

Re: The Sunlight Coalition
Wilk here's a tweaked version of your setup- I havent played with your stats (whats this fad about about like 9 end though, don't you wanna have plenty of stamina? :| )
But i swapped out talisman for canvas- as that is the best talisman at 30 faith.
I also played with your armour- you get 4 more poise, and don't have a helm so you look like a badass commander- i've used that armour setup before, and I can vouch it looks pretty boss.
