I'd say it would just be a standard dex build with enough faith and attunement to spam WoG/strength to use a dragon great bow. You know, to push them off a cliff.

This. Have fun. The force is to see if you can either push them off a cliff or bore them to death with constantly pushing them over. Also, learn how to chain stab.

I doubt this applies to you, but when someone turns on unlimited health, I turn mine on as well, as well as unlimited stamina. Dragon's breath stunlocks almost completely and then I walk them to an edge. Funny how they have a chance before they cheat, but after they never do, most of the time they DC.

Nice build man. Almost exactly what I was going to say. Bleed and forcing off cliffs are the way to deal with these. Also, consider tanking it up with Giant's to spam R1 with the Tracer.

I dunno about xbox, but on PC you can be immune to bleed, poison still works, but of course does nothing.

I wish I could hack infinite stamina on XBox. Only to dragon breath hackers though,we are limited to having a really high amount and dragon breath drains it very,very quickly.I'm done with that stuff but I wanted a legit build so I can do normal PVP in between killing them.

And, using Kirk's and orange charred ring might be fun for the annoyance factor when you are kicking.
