Well there is a free program called Gimp that allows you to edit and make pictures with it. There are also a few people here that make them for you depending on what you want your signature to be.

If you don't want any severe alterations to the image, I can make a sig if you have an image in mind. Nothing seriously mindblowing, but it could pass until a real photoshop user shows up
