Chaos Blade. More damage and higher bleed (but not buffable). Check out mugenmonkey.com and you can see the AR of the weapons based on the stats you have.

Chaos Blade, it's longer, stronger, and bleeds better. Uchi has more usable r2's but not enough to make up the difference.
