Best covenant for PVP?

i am looking to get better at pvp and was wondering what the best covenant to join is with that goal in mind. DW or DMB? thanks!

From personal experience Dark Wraith will gain you more invasions, however if the boss isn't killed you of course will risk being invaded while waiting. Dark Anor Londo is usually a hot spot for Darkmoons, Ariamis and Kiln as well, the issue just becomes farmers. But they are there for everyone. Dragon Covenant might not be a bad idea, it might be difficult to find matches but when you do it is a 1v1, nothing else.

Forest Covenant

You'll get better very quickly and have CONSTANT summonings.

DM has the DMB buff, if you like buffs and have the faith DM all the way.... If not then DW.

Just bring your Dried finger or Eye of Death. it will seem more powerful if you draw your enemies towards you, instead of suprising and invading them. Make you seem more bold. When I do, I am usually alone. All I need is my arms. With spells of Sunlight blade and Replenishment being my ownly spells of usage, i can say that I am honourable.

Bowing, however, is a matter for those who are willing to bow first. I will pray for those who do, or fall to the ground for a show of humility. Gravelord or Princess, depending on your soul level, I say.

Well I learned to PVP the hard way by joining the forest hunters when everything was fresh and new. Had some pretty decent and epic fights there. I even cant remember anyone using Dark wood grain ring. those were some good times
So I recommend try forest hunter. You get summoned very often by wearing your covenant ring and lose nothing when you die, although you will face pretty often multiple "Mask of the Mother/Father/Child - Giants Armor with Black Knight Great axe users" who will not hesitate to use every dirty pvp trick just to farm you.
But you will kick their asses when you got better. At least, thats what i do sometimes

Forest Hunters! It's easy to join, constant pvp, and I personally love the lush, verdant, atmosphere. Am I the only one who thinks the kiln and blighttown are depressing? The painted world arena is also kind of sad.

forest actually seems sinister until you reach the mushroom area, then its funny... the basin is pretty... wish forest members could invade there too and occasionally have the hydra help them out

I would say it depends on whether you want ot be invading or not.

If so then DMB or DW (the former in my opinion seems to not invade as much as DW's but still are cooler, love that blue).

However if you just want to be invaded purely again and again then Gravelords are fantastic. Using an EoD results in a 0 invasion cool down time, leaving you constantly open to invasion by DW, and also by the three people you cursed.

However it is hard to get the Gravelord covenant to work quickly so if you are impatient then its not for you.

DMB at level 3 is the strongest buff in the game. I like to buff, so that is the best covenant for me.

Just as an FYI, using the blue or red orbs while human also resets the invading cool down timer in the same way as a dried finger. Seems to be a bit of info that most people look over.

I like the Gravelord, but it kinda restricts you to places where you haven't killed the boss. So, it's limited until you're done with the PvE aspect of the game.

No, you can invade anywhere. However, you can't be invaded in a place where you've killed the boss (Dark Anor Londo is sort of an exception).

You can only host in areas where you haven't killed the boss.
