PvP level range

Can anyone tell me what is the exact level range formula for Red Phantom invasions ?

Some say "stay +10% or -10% of the Host's lvl" others " +10 lvls -10 lvls of the Host's lvl" and some say "you need to be lower lvl than the host" not saying how low.

I noticed lots of ppl are staying below SL 100 (90-99) claiming they get way more invasions that way than at the usual 120.

Sorry if this was discussed before but i just couldn't find a topic explaining exactly how level ranges effect pvp (or pve bye that matter).

It's pretty simple actually. Lower Level=You Invade More, but if you want to know the real technical stuff...well i'll leave that to someone else

I'am SL 120 on the PS3, and i get invaded/invade nonstop...
