Standard Reinforcement

I'm trying to get the trophy for 'Strongest Weapon' (aquire best wpn through standard reinfrc.)
Does this mean just getting a weapon to a +10 using regular titanite shrads? Or what material is needed?

I believe you would need to get it to +15 using first shards,then large,then chunks and finally a slab.

I just watched a vid on Youtube ... I never got the Very Large Ember in New Londo Ruins, seems like I have to go hunt for that to upgrade my weapon +15, I love Cowboy Bebop by the way ^^

total of 3 wraiths and one giant blob will bar your path to the ember all in one room, after that nothing will bother you, just look for stairs leading up:D

what weapon are you upgrading anyway?

I actually just took the other way, went straight killed some ghost and took the elevator down. I'm not sure what weapon yet, I'm still deciding since it will have to be on my next playthrough since I need a Slab.
@Yesuurd: Thanks, I'm level 70 but when I get home later on in a few hours I will send a friend request on PSN.
I'm also having trouble getting a Ghost Blade, How can I tell weather if a ghost is a male or female? xD they all look the same to me except for that Ghost that screams really loud when I'm assuming that's a SHE see's you. So all ghost are male except for that screaming one? I already have the Jagged Ghost Blade, but I'm missing that other one a Female ghost is suppose to drop.
