Careful Sparkly, those bloated hollows give you the toxic status for a reason, and I think pinwheel is possibly into necrophilia (sorry if that disturbed anyone, my apologies), you might not be what he/she/it is looking for.

Well, I've read all the posts and it seems like I started something. I don't even mind that my thread has been well and truly hi-jacked because that's what this forum is all about, a discussion between friends.

One thing's just struck me though, I don't know what Solaire looks like because he wears a helmet. Same thing happened with the Master Chief. Maybe I have a fetish for men in helmets. It doesn't include the Hairy Bikers though.

Oh, hang on, my all time favourite game squeeze is Auron from Final FantasyX. He didn't wear a helmet. Maybe it was his celestial weapon that did it.

Well, he was also technically dead. I can't say I 'love' a video game character, however I do find that many of them look really attractive.

It's kind of a moot point as I've killed everyone at least once to see what stuff they give me (Rickert is highly disappointing) but for the sake of the game I would kill:
Ceaseless Discharge. Why you might ask? It's simple, I'm pretty sure he's the hinted at "Son of Chaos" which means he would be my brother in law if I marry Quelaan. I can deal with lots of little spider babies from the two sisters AND a giant tree monster thing during family reunions but having a giant lava guy there would certainly char the buffet. SlakeMoth......if you haven't yet, make sure to get Solaire to the Sunlight Altar and use your binoculars to look in the helmet. It's not much but you can get an eye color and skin tone doing this. I haven't done this with him in other places but presumably in Anor Londo, after Ceaseless and perhaps in the Lost Izalith Shortcut you'd be able to see different angles and get to know him better.

Lol....I know right. I did a few areas for lore research purposes and they were invaluable for that too. For actual gameplay though if I needed to look at something I would use the hawk ring and bow. That let's you zoom in further than the binoculars and, if you don't like what you see.......you can shoot it.

Back on topic. I love my Black Bow of Pharis but in a strictly platonic way. We had coffee once but that was it.

Oh Dark Souls, one of the few places where I have seen it acceptable amongst a community to whip out binoculars to get to examine someones features in more detail

What? I wanted to see if he looks like Gwyn is all. It's not like I use them to check out Quelaag's legs or anything.
