My gamertag is Corporal Maxey. My real name is Chris. The thing I do most in Dark Souls is Co-op. Sunbro for life. Usually I act as 'insurance' for hosts that want to survive invasions. I'm almost always waiting to be summoned for Ornstein & Smough. My main co-op character is level 60.

I've been to the Dark Souls Wiki a million times and never knew there was a forum! Awesome! I'm running a Darkmoon Blade at SL120 with Ornsteins and Estoc +15/Divine Estoc +10.

Look forward to 'actual' conversation about the game, rather than just whining all the time.

I first became a fan back with Demon Souls. A buddy and me would meet up at his house and hook our ps3's up and take on the game together. He would be our mage and I would tank everything. Saddly he didn't get Dark Soul's and I moved a state away so we couldn't team up like we use to for this awesome game. Hope to run into some of you folks in Dark Souls!

I bought Dark Souls over the summer for my PS3 after hearing a lot of hype, and so far I've loved every second of it (barring the times I died on the way back to my 20+ humanity-having bloodstain). I purchased the Prepare to Die Edition for my PC and have been playing through it since.

I've only been browsing the forums for a little while, and I already love the community here: very helpful and friendly compared to other online-capable games! I'd love to get myself involved in the DkS community, and even join a player-made covenant, given the opportunity.

As this topic has demonstrated numerous times before, longtime lurkers will eventually register, and I'm no different.

My name is Guan, I'm a 23-year-old graduate of New Media Studies and Japanese Studies from the Netherlands. Thus far, I have spent hundreds of hours throughout numerous playthroughs in Lordran/Oolacile (and Boletaria, to some lesser extent) and I'm currently making my way through the infamous SL1 Pyro Challenge, but, quite honestly, I have run flat up against a wall, or, a Smough, to be precise.

The fragmentation of narrative in Dark Souls intrigues me academically and its contents personally. My foremost reason to register was to keep better track of The Archives section of the forum, which has wonderful discussions and many fascinating theories. In return, I might be able to translate short excerpts of Japanese; my skills have gotten somewhat rusty, but other members might provide some oil.

I'm uh, Anastacia (my real name is close enough to that anyway so we'll roll with it) and I work in a department store at weekends, selling either cool bits of technology or... baby romper suits. Damn the bad floor planning. I know next to nothing about babbies.

I got bought DaS + Artbook edition as a gift and I was scared to play it because I really do suck at games if they're not turn based combat. I get stressed easily. So the first time I got pounded into the ground by asylum demon I threw my controller and ran away to shiver in a corner. Somehow I managed to pick it back up and I've had a love/rage relationship with it ever since, to the point where I still haven't bothered to finish FFXIII or even start Catherine, two games I was excited about.

Also I'm a fanfic writer. Just a fair warning.
