Always +15 on a if the build matches the weapon type. If buffs are your thing, have at it. Personally I'd just attune more spells.

CMW + Estoc +15 all the way. If you want an enchanted weapon as backup, use one that doesn't scale with Dex. Remember pure physical AR always beats split magical or elemental AR, even if the split AR is higher than the pure (unless it's +200 AR difference).
