Umm, not use them and thereby avoid nasty icky fallout, while not as well known I'm fairly sure we have nastier bombs today than the classic "nuke"

I want a gauss rifle that 'sucks' and destroys air from the force of a projectile. I'll be the first to use and invent it... just an an oxygen pack and very strong protection from the force as well. Nuclear technology? So decades old. Let's head towards magnetic technology.

I would prefer silent hill technology, understanding the mind. And besides, wisdom only comes for those who do not seek it, rather have a mind set that is wise enough to understand; to see the pros and cons of things, and to make decisions that are of the right choice, being that the outcomes and outlooks are more positive than negative. You can be intelligent, and you can be stupid; either way, you can still make the right and wrong choices. Better to understand those right choices.

Butterfly knife. Its really easy actually. There's two main methods, a fancy way and a speed way. Both rely on your ability to rotate one half of the handle while holding it. The fancy way is like a "K" turn in a car as it takes two deliberate moves to turn. That's the safe way and looks flashy. The fast way is like a "U" turn and you have to rotate the knife quickly while it's flipping. Also, more so with this way, if you grab the wrong handle piece you're a lot more likely to need stitches if you make a mistake

You'll be alright if you take your time and are reasonably comfortable with sharp things. Would hate to see you have to change your name.
If you really want fun and likely elbow injuries I can recommend my signature nunchaku trick where you can infinitely keep spinning it off the back of your hand while doing a catch and release pattern
