Velka's Assassin Build

This build has a large emphasis on parrying in combat and ambushing with magic. Also has very fast weapons to compliment it further. The Wolf Ring is of course so you can't get stunlocked so easily and the Leo ring is deal massive riposte damage.

Thoughts, tips, improvements?

Nice build, I would decrease End and increase Vit to 50. I would have Velka's Rapier as backup and use CMW with a high Dex weapon. I don't know about Parrying Dagger as I have never used it so I would ditch it or change it for a Target Shield.

Weapon buffs aren't my style though and having a lot of stamina helps tremendously. Also both the Painted Guardian Sword and Parry Dagger have parry animations, the one on the PGS is especially sick too.
