How to Start a.....
This can all be achieved within about two hours of starting the game.....
How to Start a.....

Warrior
1. Hit the Tutorial Stormcloak after stealing the key from the Imperial Captain until One handed or Two Handed is a 30.
2. Run through the tutorial and down the mountain after seeing the dragon to find the camp of bandits with the first cache map. Kill two and leave on melee to block against until Shield is at 25, heal as required.
3. Go into the town with the stormcloak, steal all of the iron materials from the forge. Sell your crap and get a pick axe. Kill some wolves for pelts.
4. Go to the mine near to the start. Kill all bandits , loot all goodies, and mine all things.
5. Take all of your pelts and iron to Rifton. Steall all of the goodies from the Blacksmith.
6. Turn all of the ore into iron, all of the pelts into leather. Make iron daggers until you have 50 Smithing.
7. By now you should have a 1:1 ratio of health to stamina. And enough points bo buy advanced steel working or dwarven from the smithing tree.
8. Find a steel mine or the dwarven warehouse near Winterfell and make either steel plate (with steel sword and steel kite shield) or Dwarven from the ore you got from the warehouse.
9. Now go back to the starting town and start with the Golden Claw Quest......
Summary- You now have mid tier armour and weapons, are of a highish level so quest rewards are atleast dwarven or orcish and shops sell better stuff. You are of a decent level and have a way to make good money really fast. NOW go out there and pick a weapon, forge it, and kill some baddies.
Rogue/Assassin
1. Sneak behind the stormcloak and stealth attack him until your skill is at 90. You are now level nine without having to leave the tutorial.....
2. Get goodies and kill all enemies with the bow for easy Archery levels.
3. Got to the bandit camp at the bottom of the hill with the first cache map. Go into the starting town and steal every thing.....
4. Go to Rifton straight away and run the Ratway to get to the Thieves Guild. Join them for some sweet armour and fun quests.
5. Opt to steal the bow from the Companions in Whiterun. Its an Elven Longbow. With your x6 Sneak Criticals from the Bow and x30 from daggers you can kill dragons in One hit if you are lucky.
6. Now go back to the starting town and start with the Golden Claw Quest.
Summary- You have armour with bonues to sneak, pickpocket, lockpick, and archery. Keep it as its the best set until you end the Thieves Guild Questline. You also have a good bow, good enough to see you through the early game. Now just continue with the main quest/ thieves guild questlines.....
Mayhaps learn some Illusion Spells......
