Lava lasts longer with the Lingering Dragoncrest Ring. It is about 0.5 seconds longer.

Power Within with a non-ascended pyromancy flame takes 1% of your HP every second for 60 seconds. Power within with an Ascended flame takes 2.3% of your HP every second for 60 seconds. Using Lingering Dragoncrest Ring causes you to loose the same amount of HP over 90 seconds, every 1.5 seconds.

The Dusk Crown increases magic damage by 20%, fire damage by 20%, and faith spells by 16%.

Bellowing Dragoncrest effects Emit Force under certain conditions, but under others it does not.

The Dragon Roar increases all weapons damages by 25%, except for the dragon fist, which is increased by 80%.

Thorns Gauntlets increase fist damage by 10%

Buffs do not scale with any type of damage increase, including backstabs and ripostes.

The Gold Pine Resin adds 150 lightning damage to any weapon. On average, this gives you an extra 40 damage per hit in PvP.

It takes 23 blows with a dagger in rapid succession to stun a person in the Flipping Mask Tank setup (77 poise).

The Sun Princess Ring increases Miracle Synergy, however, despite not Synergizing, Tranquil Walk of peace lasts 4 more seconds with it equipped.

The Sun Princess Ring increases Miracle Synergy, however, despite not Synergizing, the Vow of Silence lasts 5 more seconds with it equipped.

The Cursed Greatsword of Artorias's R2 takes 195 stamina to block with a +15 Grass Crest Shield

The Non Cursed Greatsword of Artorias, however, only takes 159 stamina to block the same attack.

Your fist has 10 stability, and 50/50/50/50 defense.

The Dark Hand has a parry bonus, and still blocks 60/60/60/60 damage when partial parrying, where most weapons suffer a 50% penalty.

You can parry with Katana's, Knives, Shields, Rapiers, Curves Swords, and fist based weapons.

The Lightning Zweihander is the best Point-to-damage ratio in the entire game, however it is a very predictable and generally weak weapon

1 in 3 children will be abducted by the dutch during their life.

The poise threshhold for the handaxe is 22 per hit.

The third, sixth, and eighth swings with a spear in a row can not be parried.

So what are your funny PvP notes?

Well, I've already lost a daughter to Dutch raiders so that is a sore subject for me...

But anyway, that's a great list. I already knew some of those things but I didn't know others.

For the Dragon Roar, does it increase with the level of your covenant? If so, is the 25% taken from level 3?

    Yes it does.
    25% +0 27.5% +1 30% +2 and roughly 35% at Rank 3...
At rank 3, the dragon fiist (referring to claws) is about a 105% increase in damage.

Good to know. So, if I'm willing to go naked, I can get stronger magic from the level 3 dragon body than with a crown of dusk.

The Dragon Roar also effects Miracles by 35%... which is much better then the crowns 16%.

Magic in general gets a good boost from a roar... just remember that the roar needs to be used a couple of times than the lazy approach of just wearing a crown. It likes to fade off after a time.
