Lost 70 humanity 8,500,000 souls...

In the stupidest way, I am always doing pvp at the forest and now I am messing around using just knife and uchi with no armor to get really hardcore.I had to send a file to a client so I stopped the pvp so I didn't get lag from doing that, so I started killing the forest npcs with my knife and dodging.NPCS are good for practicing some stuff, anyways one of em killed me and I went back to get my souls, here comes the good part, I rolled off the hills and lost everything like a noob.

Good part is I never fall ever not even in pvp 3v1 and I die like this, this game is so unpredictible.

Anyways, you guys have any anecdotes similar to mine?

Atleast I don't care much for the souls since I don't want to level and have a bunch of gear, had farmed some humanities from rats so I used a bunch so my chaos weapons would have something to eat from.

Well, in another RPG that I had been playing for about 100 hours, I deleted my progress. It feels horrible, but it happens. Sorry that that happened to you.

How is it possible to have 8kk souls? If I ever lose this amount of souls I'll get crazy

It's possible, when you do alot of pvp you don't even notice and suddenly you got 9mil but yeah it happens, that is why I posted I have been there too in other rpgs and can imagine many in the forum have been in similar situations....sucks but gotta keep on.

After killing Kirk and the Pyromancer in Izalith, I died to the chaos eater.

I had about 30,000 souls on me and that's an easy area...so, I just need to run back across the lava and get my souls back.

But this time, I forget to put my ring back on. D'oh.

That beats my 250,000 crossing the last invisible bridge to the blue slab. In my defense it was the first time I'd done it and I really didn't know what I was getting into going down there with that many souls

Nearly just lost 37 million souls, not kidding. Been farming the Channeler's in Duke Archives for over 45 minutes trying to get the Trident. I tried jumping onto one of the staircases and hit the side of it to my death. Almost died trying to get it back, their damn trident dance boosts the enemies attack power so much, kept losing 1/4 of my health from a single hit, well until I switched to the Giant's armor.

Thanks, humanity is what hurt and mostly it was pvp humanity it's like trophies...

37!mil!!! New record!

Ouch! A couple of weeks ago I was pvping in the kiln. Had 10 million or so souls and about 60 humanity. Well my kiln got cursed by a grave lord and I was surprised to get jumped by a red knight! On my return trip to recover the blood stain, got invaded and hammered by the vader, the black, and the red knight LOL.

Well this isn't quite on the same level, cuz I'm noob as ***, but I was trying to advance up the Dragon Covenant and needed an assload of scales, which I decided to farm in Valley of Drakes because no one was picking up my dragoneye sign. Anyway it's a pretty rare drop but I *really* wanted to get that dragon torso stone, so I started looking for ways to boost my discovery rate (like I said, noob). Upon learning that humanity raises discovery, I promptly blew through all my stored-up humanity items trying to max the stat, and it worked great -- I was dropping probably a scale every run, or .8 scales or something if you wanna MATH the hell out of it. Anyway I get all my scales, I drop 'em all off at the altar and get my stone, and what with the extra defense bonus from all that humanity, I'm figuring I'm pretty much untouchable right now. So I decide "Now's the perfect time to move on to the next phase of the game."

If you PvP, you'll know that the humanity is all that matters. Lost 99 to a BP dark knight. Damn you gravelords. I've been cursed for 2 full weeks now. I'm guessing he stopped playing while still cursing me

Indeed precious humanity, one full day as a rat exterminator to compensate...Because you earn your humanity in pvp but you also need that usable humanity aswell.

I'm now hoping that this huge vagrant you've created enters the world of one of us here in the forum

aren't vagrants only created from droping items? but sure, atleast someone can take advantage of this...

I've heard somehwere that it's based on souls, but I'm not sure...
As someone said, If you've got that much on your toon, you probably stopped levelling up, like I did.
The sad part is having to farm humanity.... =/

I honestly don't get how you get so many souls from PvP, whenever I kill a host I only get 2-20K

I lost 400,000 and 30 humanity (which is a lot for level 55) When I took on the Stray Demon or whatever the hell the Demon ruins one is, died after a bit of a fight. I was headed to the boss again (not far at all), one shot the statue things, and I aggro the Taurus Demon, he jumps at me and I roll forward, only to get caught on the staircase and lose 80% of my health, his next attack kills me.

Thanks, humanity is what hurt and mostly it was pvp humanity it's like trophies...

Not too mention the fact that humanity adds to your defense. I try to never PvP without at least 90 humanity.

try pvp at the forest, sometimes you kill more than one, sometimes the invader dies and then you kill the host, there are many scenarios where you get souls from. Sometimes you spawn and instantly some other guy killed the host and you get souls from that too.

I already have 63 humanity and 2mil souls again.

Also how much time would you say you spend daily on pvp?

Not a lot, I was trying to PvP just now at Kiln, level 61, I get Labstabbed by an Uchi, he whips out WotG, Dead. I invade some guy who acts honorably, he summons phantom, Lagstab, great combustion spam, labstab, dead. Invaded by DM, Lagstabbed with Lightning Halberd +5, dead (happens again)
And before you say "Maybe you just leave yourself open" I say, "BS, I get warped back 5 feet or switch places."

That's pretty much why I don't a whole lot. Too many ******* farmers,lagstabbers, and ********.
