Yes but the invader with the dragon greatsword cares not if you're at full life. One power attack= dead....and this was on my first playthrough.

I know that players often like to troll players like that in Sen's, but that's Dark Souls, prepare to die and be killed by Mot( ) and Giant's if they don't want to be invaded, stay hollow!

I usually stay hollow until the first bonfire in Sen's. Having a phantom for the first guantlet doesn't really help much. But, having a phantom for the boss really helps.

Don't over level OP.
I only dm, I can promise you being 10 sls above everybody will not get you more invasions. It searches for players within 10% +10 sls in both directions first, so being over leveled will only be contributing to our bad rep without actually increasing your invasion rate.

I invade all the time at 80.
Again, don't over level. Thats not how the orb works. At 120 it searches for players between 98 and 142. It searches down if it doesn't find someone in that range. Being 130 won't do anything for your invasion rate, but it will make you look like a prick.

How is it our fault that it searches down and why are we to blame for it? Honestly if you end up against a really low level by themselves, and kill them. Then yes you are a prick, but if they are 20 levels under you...they're fair game.

Its not, but if you intend to fight in say, the burg, where 120 is the standard, and you get to 130, knowing the majority of your fights are going to be against 120s, it is your fualt you're invading down.
Wraiths can do the same thing if they wanted to, its just as much a prick move when they do it.
A common misconception is that DMs invade down first, which isn't true. DMs invade within 10% +10 sls first, same as DWs do. Its not being a DM thats the issue here, its intentionally leveling above your opponents to get an advantage, which is always a prick move.
