I don't recommend PW for dueling, I can easily wait for you to die by turtling. It's very effective for invasions though. I would lower End by 10 and increase Vit by 10. Or maybe sacrifice some armor for fast rolling, lower End to 20, increase Int to 36 for 2 Soul Spears.

So instead of going with the Lingering Dragoncrest, I decided to go with Wolf Ring and ring of FaP. Any suggestions on the armor I should use?

Yes, you have gone with the DS 2 times now. I will never make an alliance with them so I consider you an enemy of LH. You can still duel with us in the arena though.

If using Wolf Ring choose any light armor combo you like. I recommend Eastern Gloves + light armor.

If you wanted a bit more weight allowance + defence there is this...
http://tinyurl.com/9jx6n6q probably an even more optimal combo but thats what I got xD you can get better defence by using up the weight allowance but that gives you 2.0 free to do whatever.
