Man Serpent Greatsword.
It's one hell of a heavy hitter.
+15 normal upgrade it has an A in str scaling.

Elemental weapons don't scale, so all of your dex and str are wasted when you swing around that +5 lightning claymore.
I hate to advise people to use the Black Knight Greataxe, since is so overused. But your stats should work decently well with it. You're also a candidate for murakumo, which is a great weapon as well, although ideally your str and dex would be reversed if you used this weapon. If you want something unusual and have a bit of faith, the dragonslayer spear would work. If you don't have the faith, you could use a pike.

bk weapons would work for you but theyre not that fast, msgs is good, if you want fast weapons id suggest just starting over a new toon and make adex build since thats what you like.

Ok,ok so i got to admit, havent thought about how weapons scale when
talkin bout attributes. Just gettin more str, an more dex, just thinkin
bout real life. when you have high str an dex, isnt is obvious you could swing a large sword, powerfully. so now on i focus on that str scale stat in weapons instead of plain thinking. thank you fellas.

The very large ember in lower new londo lets u upgrade 10 to 15. Give it to blacksmith in undead burg. You need to lower the water in new londo 1st tho.

Black Knight Greataxe is the weapon i enjoyed the most so far, hits hard and has fast swing
fog ring + slumbering dragoncrest ring + backstab on forest npcs = WIN

I would go to this site, https://sites.google.com/site/darksoulstats/dark-souls-calculators , put in your stats and figure out what would be best for you. Keep in mind if you want to use resins and spells on your weapons as well.

its going to be off-topic, but got to say that regardless of which
weapon im swinging in this diamond cutted multiverse, its so relieving
to know that there is pro players who can help.
