That time has come, i refuse to spoil anymore of the content for myself. I know i said this before, but i mean it My friend just got dark souls for ps3, so i might do one co op playthrough with them but thats about it. Really lame we gotta wait this long, and im curious as to if the japanese players will have new items/spells in pvp before dlc comes out in the rest of the world. Oh well, i just unsubbed all my dark soul related you tube channels and this will be my final post till winter. See ya then

Sounds like a good plan. i am getting bored with dark souls so i might take a brake until the dlc. I wish it would come out sooner so we would all have something new to play and new things to talk about.

Btw, i am not a big youtube person, but is it a good idea to unsub all of your videos after working hard to get the subs in the first place? It seems like a let down to everybody that subbed to you. Its my opinion but like i said i am not a youtube person.

Yeah, I'm with you. Although I still want to use the forum somewhat, but I don't want anything spoiled. And I will be playing the DLC offline likely so I don't see any Orange Soapstone msgs.

I have a lot of games that i havent got to play due to my dark souls addiction, so im just going to playthrough them till winter. I also have school really soon, so in a way its not a bad thing. I've been playing FF13 last few days, i'm at chapter 8. I actually really like it so far, i guess i understand some peoples complaints about it but i really like it. I think they did a good job with the story and characters, and i find the upgrades and combat system to be a nice addition. The levels so far are very linear, but if you turn off the map i found its a lot more fun to explore. Especially since the graphics are so amazing. I got no gripes with FF13, so far.

Im going to look you up. I just started playing Demon Souls (actually ive been stuck at the Tower Knight for the past two weeks) I'll really get into it once the DLC comes out.

and I agree with fruit that the long wait to recieve the DLC is a bit rediculas.

I assume we would need to download a compatibility pack , or the full DLC ourselves before we can encounter other players who already own the new content.

I'm looking at all the AAA games that are supposed to be coming out around Nov/Dec, Namco Bandai is making one of the dumbest marketing decisions i think ive ever seen in gaming. If they released the DLC on friday with the PC released they WOULD get more money. You think the non die hard fan is going to be thinking of Dark Souls DLC when games like Halo 4,COD:BO 2,AC: 3,are being released. Then theres a bunch of popular games coming in Oct also. Namco Bandai is the biggest problem with dark souls, tied with the DWGR.

it is a marketing ploy to get the fans to buy twice but honestly i dont mind supporting my favourite game developer if it means we get another game in the near future. As long as they dont go "EA" ans try to apeal to the masses (making it easer and such)

Take is easy and we'll see you in the winter. I have been taking a break as well and finally playing some of the games that have came out since DkS. It feels good to get a little bit of a break before the DLC comes out.

That's exactly what I think. I get it as an investment in FromSoftware. Also is well-worth it.
