bad choice of words my friends girl friend has a glass eye
and somehow she lost it while i was visiting so after an hour of looking i decided to leave and then on my way out i said it "well keep an eye out for it".
does anyone else have some moments where you said to your self that was a bad choice of words.

That sounded like a brilliant choice of words to me, she should have appreciated the pun.

I was talking to an old family friend with alzheimers the other day, and I said "There was some interesting fact about alzheimers, but I can't remember it". He had a good laugh before I realised the comical aspect of that.
