Health or armor?

but I have recently realized that I can add more armor if I replace fap for havel ring -> http://tinyurl.com/8hrh5cj.

If I replace the ring I get +76 def and +12 poise, but -319 health. Is it worth it?

You don't need that much poise or health, your character probably looks ridiculous in what he is wearing, I would strongly suggest using this for PvP instead http://tinyurl.com/8zjqupb though I would swap the Shotel for a falchion, falchions are better

that build is only going to work for a few months at the MOST, then it will be broken
