The master key comes default to all classes, cannot be invaded or gravelord'ed, whatever would 1hit you will leave you always at 1hp, and no more swinging axes in sens.
running with that, undead rapport only has one use, when used, it lasts the rest of the game.
Havel's Armor and DWGR are available at the beginning of the game, DWGR works at any weight encumberance.
insted of 2 ring slots, you have 10, one for each finger

On topic, a cool hardcore mode could be something like max paynes new York minute mode.

There is an ACTUAL tutorial that explains EVERYTHING at the beginning of the game. As far as hardcore mode...No rings of sacrifice
