You dont need help for then, just equip full havels or Stone Set (Both easy to get), put your strongest weapon on the main hand and the crest shield (also easy to obtain) on the off...
When they hit you, dont worry they high poise/defens will make the blow do little damage on you
When they cast spells on you, defend with the crest shield (awesome magic defense)
2 handle your weapon and slash then until they die... heal after you kill a king or when you need (since the attachs doesnt stop the healing)
