Co-oping at undead parish with my zweihander-wielding tank at level 15. I got summoned to a host, who immediately bombards me with "Gibe equip please ." Despite his distasteful, broken english-written message, I went ahead and spared him 9 titanite shards and a balder chestpiece. He immediately then black crystals me home.

Moral of the story: don't be a sucker like me.

Why would you want to help someone who says that?

Sunbro duties. I aim to help the hosts in every way, and there are some hosts who are legitimately underpowered and require more assistance than mere jolly co-op. That's why I usually keep 99 titanite shards, 10 +5 Longswords, warpicks, spears and cadaceus kite shields on me at all times.

next time you happen to see someone like that you could always leave a piece of rubbish for them , but seriously i see you want to help but if they are going to be like that it's not worth it, you could give items but i think you should give them only if they don't start right away asking for them

Meh, if they want their playthrough spoiled, why not oblige? Just go farming chunks in the Kiln for a while, and you'll have a bunch of BKGAs--give them that.
